We do our absolute best to get the repair done quickly and to communicate the progress of the repair. It's your boat, so you should know how it's doing. We use modern materials and techniques in one of the few facilities in the country dedicated to rowing boat repairs. Similarly we emphasise customer service, meeting deadlines and coming within 10% of our estimates 90% of the time. |

| We believe whole-heartedly in the value we add with our reconditioning service. Most makes of rowing boats depreciate naturally at a very modest level when kept in excellent shape. Ineffective maintenance and cumulative bits of minor damage conspire to devalue a boat on the used-boat market and in the eyes of those who row the boat. Boats that look rundown are usually treated poorly and become worse so. Our boat reconditioning emphasises structure and function first, making a boat stiff and sound in its hull and components. We then emphasise cosmetics; restoring the youthful look of a boat to garner greater respect from those who row it. The goal of our reconditioning is to make a boat that is, say, ten years old look like it's only a year or so old and in excellent condition. |
